What you need to do...

PCC Members may provide a business card, promotional flyer, advertisement, menu, coupon, or other information piece for inclusion in the packets to new residents. You need to produce your materials and provide a stack of those materials to the Chamber.

Specifications:

Size: any size up to one sheet of 8.5�x 11� paper Colors: color or black/white, glossy or matte, whatever you like! Type of paper: flat cardstock or paper, no 3-D materials

Number:

We will need @ 60 pieces each month

Deadlines:

You may join the program at any point during the year; deadline for inclusion in the monthly packets is the 15th of the previous month. For inclusion in the February packet, the deadline for submitting your materials is January 15th.

Requirements:

You must be a 2007 member of the Potomac Chamber of Commerce to participate. To join or to renew your membership, please contact Tammi at the Chamber office.


What we will do for you...

The Chamber of Commerce will combine all of the members� materials and mail a Welcome Package to each new resident in Potomac. We will start the program in February and mail the packages monthly. Included in the package will be a Chamber brochure that lists all of our members.

Benefits

We expect that you will be able to reach about 700 new residents each year! Potomac Pizza, a longtime member of the Chamber, enjoys an approximate 20% return rate on direct mail to new residents in the area. Our hope is to give Potomac Chamber members that same, great new exposure to the community through this direct mail program.
